École de design

Located in the heart of Montreal, the School of Design works closely with many local stakeholders, affirming its commitment to maintaining its social relevance and status of excellence in design, as well as its desire to forge links between students and the communities in which they will work. The school also promotes international and interdisciplinary collaborations with other institutions and partners. International Design Week, which has been held since 1982, is an important platform for these collaborations, during which renowned international designers are invited to introduce students to methods, ideas, issues, and processes from other parts of the world through intensive workshops.
