Glass Studio Visit: Clara Jorisch & Verre d’Onge

As part of Design Week, an immersive studio experience is presented at Clara Jorisch’s workshop in collaboration with the glassblowers Verre d’Onge. The guided visit includes demonstrations of objects created using various glass-firing techniques.Visitors are introduced to the different stages of production, from initial sketches and kiln tests to the finished piece. The activity aims to raise awareness of glass as a contemporary material and to make an often-overlooked craft more accessible to the public.The experience highlights the research, experimentation, and technical precision behind each object, while revealing the potential of glass as a design element integrated into architecture and space.
