Lena Buchinger ⏤ EVOQ Architecture

Lena Buchinger is an experienced conservation architect, associate director, and key member of EVOQ Architecture. She serves as President of the Association for Preservation Technology (APT) for the 2023–2025 term. Lena works within the heritage conservation team and is involved in institutional projects of all scales.

She has contributed to the award-winning rehabilitation of several iconic historic sites in Canada. She stands out for her ability to develop a comprehensive overview of her projects, based on detailed knowledge of the building’s history, construction systems, and stakeholder concerns.

Lena has deep expertise in traditional construction techniques and materials, as well as those from the early 20th century, particularly masonry.
