Leonard Michael Verrilli has over 15 years of experience in civil engineering, including nearly 10 years in project management at MONTONI. He currently holds the position of Senior Director, Major Projects, Project Development, and is leading the redevelopment of the former Molson brewery site. The Molson Quarter is a large-scale urban project that aims to transform this iconic location into a sustainable, inclusive, and riverfront neighborhood. Leonard plays a key role in advancing the project, ensuring close collaboration with municipal and provincial stakeholders. He also oversees infrastructure planning, residential development, and the integration of innovative solutions into the project.
